
Christopher J. Roberts earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lawrence University in 1988. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, Missouri in 1991. He is a 27 year trial lawyer with extensive jury trial experience in both Federal and State Courts.
In addition to his many years of helping individuals and families obtain compensation for injuries resulting from automobile collisions, Mr. Roberts has successfully represented individuals and families in defective product cases against numerous “household name” manufacturers, including: Goodyear, Ford Motor Company, Cooper Tire, Michelin, Bridgestone of Japan, Bridgestone/Firestone, General Motors, and others. In 2010, Mr. Roberts obtained a verdict in favor his clients which was one of the largest verdicts of its kind ever in Pasco County, Florida, following a two week jury trial involving an RV tire that failed and caused a serious accident. He also has extensive experience in personal injury and insurance dispute litigation, representing individuals in disputes involving other drivers, premises owners, and insurance companies. He also has extensive experience in complex consumer class action litigation, representing consumers who suffered economic or other losses due to corporate negligence or misconduct.
Mr. Roberts is licensed in Colorado (1991) and Florida (1998) and has represented clients in complex litigation in: California, Nebraska, New Mexico, Arizona, Arkansas, Texas, Florida, Colorado, and other states. Chris was named to the 2014 Superlawyers list by Thompson Reuters.
