
Mr. Haddad received his Bachelor of Arts degree in American History and Political Science from the University of Rochester in 1991. While attending Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Haddad assisted in the research and editing of a Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education publication entitled: Florida Environmental and Land Use Law, Volume II. Mr.Haddad graduated cum laude from Stetson in 1994 with a Juris Doctorate degree.
Upon graduation in 1994, Mr. Haddad became an associate in a litigation law firm concentrating solely on personal injury claims. As an associate, Mr. Haddad represented clients in complex injury cases including wrongful death. He actively represented clients from the initial case development through trial, including appellate work.
Along with starting his own law firm in Clearwater, FL in 1999, Mr. Haddad is also licensed to practice law in the States Ohio and Colorado. His affiliations include the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Federal Claims. His memberships include the Florida Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association, Florida Justice Association and American Association for Justice.
