The son of a lawyer, Scott R. Marshall grew up in Missouri, but has always had a connection to the Tampa Bay area through his mother who was born and raised in Clearwater. After studying abroad in both France and England, Marshall moved to the bay area in 1995. He has four beautiful children — two sons and two daughters — who have proven to him that love is abundant and that the heart has an unlimited capacity for love and happiness, you just have to open it.
After a brief stint at a well-respected Clearwater law firm, Marshall opened his own firm in 1997. During his 20 years of practice, Marshall has limited his practice to the representation of people and families who have suffered due the negligence of others, and to helping injured workers’ navigate the treacherous waters of the workers’ compensation system. Marshall graduated from Westminster College with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1990 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1994.
Marshall is on the Advisory Board for the Greater Palm Harbor YMCA and is involved with EndDD.org, an organization committed to ending distracted driving.
